Thanks, but No Thanks Big Brother |
April 15, 2011 The Commerce Dept. unveiled a plan Friday to create a national cyber-identity system that would give consumers who opt in a single secure password and identity for all their digital transactions. Thanks! The government explains the challenge you have with all your passwords. Identity Takeover NSTIC Wait, isn't this the same government that can't keep its own records safe? Pentagon Hacked No Thanks Big Brother! That is what this site is about.
You use the password manager of this site and all you have to remember is a single pass phrase. A pass phrase that is free from a bunch of restrictions. For instance, a pass phrase could be a sentence that is very personal to you. Such as: When I win the lottery I will quit my job and eat cheesecake. (remember just an example.) With a simple phrase that is personal to you and includes two unrelated thoughts you may never have to remember anything else. |
But wait! Why should I trust the government?
Rhetorical question.
